Generally, we receive originals as Word documents on floppy disk or CD-ROM. Equally, completed work will be posted in the same way. However, we do receive printed originals as well. In this case, you could receive the original with corrections marked or typed on a Word document, as you like.

You will receive a printed copy with all corrections and explanations of these corrections made (see signs of proofreading).

We also receive the originals as an email. In such a case, we return the original just to verify the contents of the email are correct. Please, note that we are not responsible for confidentiality.

Completed work is posted by payment on delivery, mail, courier or email.
